fairly clean hotel, very very nice and courteous employees depending on which staff member was there. what a particularly good location to vatican museums! based so close to restaurants, pubs, bars and wine bars, the footbridge across the river, and ottaviano metro station. had double room with aircon, three beds, for instance.

The most important - perfect and magnificent location in an european capital. Near the Vatican City museums as well as the construction.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The rooftop terrace for breakfast was a good spot, offering splendid views while enjoying a variety of coffee options.

Had an excellent stay for our activities on that leg of our visit. The location was marvellous in the nice area. Tried some nice meals at Ristorante Taverna Lino, located walking distance from the hotel.

Clean and little hotel with public parking.

It's a shame that my sleep was disturbed by loud conversations outside my door, and who wouldn't expect hot water for their morning shower? Oh, and let's not forget, I couldn't believe there was no upgrade offered after such inconveniences. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

Staying here was a culinary journey! Just steps from the Vatican, we discovered a fantastic German restaurant next door-perfect for a pre-dinner drink. Breakfast smelled divine, although we missed it. And Paolo? A gentleman with really good service! Can't forget those French pastries nearby. They were a sweet treat!

A glass in the bathroom instead of plastic would be appreciated, and quality toilet paper would elevate the experience. I wished for a brush for clothes or shoes. Don't forget, if you crave a drink later, you might have to roam the streets as the hotel doesn't have much to offer on that front!

The shower pressure was dismal, while the hot water situation left much to be desired!!! Creaky bed frames made for a restless night, and the noise from the streets was honestly unbearable!!! Attention to room cleanliness needs improvement!!!

The staff at the hotel were friendly and polite. It's just a few steps from the wide staircase leading to the museums. Our room was small but cozy, and we loved the high-quality linen, made sleeping comfortable.

I loved being just a few steps from the Vatican Museums and found it so convenient to stroll through the nearby gardens at Vatican City with fine views. It made my weekend exploration effortless.

The hotel is located steps from the Vatican Museum. Our room was cozy with quality linens, though a bit small. The staff genuinely delighted in helping us, which enhanced our experience. A few improvements could elevate the overall feel, like upgrading the bathroom amenities.
